Return & Exchange Policy

Because many Love Project: Detroit pieces are released in limited quantities and small production runs, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are processed depending on inventory availability due to limited releases.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Limited release drops
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages
Love Project: Detroit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship once all items are ready.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for shipment and agree to the production timeline listed above.
